About Queer Astrology

What you can learn from us

Queer Astrology (QA) brings together professional, and novice astrologers to explore the intersections of  study/practice and queer-identified life. By queer, we invite a broadly imagined array of gender and sexual diversity, self-defined identities and lived experiences.

We exists to build community, generate dialogue, and promote queer visibility. We address astrology using multi-various lenses, calling upon our feminism, sex-positivity, class-, race-, gender-, ability-, and access-focused work in this world; the list is non-exhaustive.

The intent is to work smarter in the present and to generate queer-specific resources for future astrologers. Through the QA Conferences, and sharing audio and written record of the proceedings we hope to further the research, scholarship, and practice of astrology relevant to ourselves as queer people. Recordings of the most recent conference are shared freely, with a request for donations to support further work.

“We inherit the healing art of astrology, we embrace the so many Coming Outs.”
